One-One personal training is the most effective way of achieving your fitness aims!
This will be focused on motivating you to get great fitness results! A fitness program for aerobic, resistance, core and flexibility exercises are tailored for each personal training session specifically to your goals and abilities.

What you eat and when you eat it makes a big difference to weight loss and being healthy.  We can provide, helpful tips, reminders and meal plans to keep you on track.

Pricing:
$88 per one hour One on One session

Training for 2

Fitness should be fun and working out with a friend or partner can make your sessions a lot more social and motivating.

We'll provide you both with a full fitness program written specifically to meet your goals. What you eat and when you eat it makes a big difference to weight loss and being healthy.  We can provide, helpful tips, reminders and meal plans to keep you on track.

Pricing:
$110 per one hour training for 2 session
Special rate for spring- normally $110 ($55 each) now $90 ($45 each)

Group Training

Outdoor fitness training helps people of all ages achieve their healthy fitness goals. Our activities are run in local parks using a variety of fitness equipment.

Group training – fun and interactive way to compete against your mates or meet new people. People that are wanting common goals.
0-7 people......................$25/person/hr
8-12 people....................$20/person/hr
